Hi Everyone! It's Traci Reuter of Divine Social! I hope all of you were able to kickstart your 2017 with a bang! To those of you who are seeing me and learning about my business for the first time, let me just give you a quick background summary on what Divine Social is all about.

As easy as Facebook can seem sometimes, there's actually a lot more to it when running Facebook ads and running a successful campaign. A lot of times, I meet people who get involved with Facebook ads and spend some money, only to feel nervous and regretful of wasting their hard-earned money because they think it doesn't work.

Facebook Ads Work!
That is the furthest thing from the truth! I just want to let you know that Facebook Ads work! No matter where you are in the process, it works! It's an unbelievable and predictable source of traffic. In fact, Facebook ads work so predictably well that you're sure to get a huge return on your investment!
The reason why people sometimes end up failing in this endeavor is because they don't spend enough time or attention on what matters most. You have to know how to do it right and where to exert most of your efforts in. If you don't know what you're doing, chances are you'll be spending more and achieving less.
How can I achieve a successful Facebook Ads campaign?
There are some things that are super important in order to make sure that an ad campaign works well. In this video, I'm going to talk about the 3 components of a Facebook ad that is crucial for success. These are basic fundamentals you should never leave out when you start to build your Facebook ad campaign.
What are the 3 Components for a Successful Facebook Ad?
Regardless of what you're doing, you want to make sure that your offer is compelling and solid… something that will make people want to take action right away. Whether it's info products, physical products or locations, consulting, etc., it has to be compelling. Period.
So how do you make sure your offer is going to be solid?
Do some market research. Check out what other business competitors are doing and offering in your kind of space. You can build your offer on that and try to give an offer that's at par, if not better, whatever you can manage and sustain.
Take note that the only person who has control over the OFFER is YOU. As a business owner, you know what you can and can't sustain. So make sure that your offer is something you can definitely deliver on. An offer is like a promise that, once they avail of whatever it is you are trying to sell them, they will get what it is you promised.
Good copy gets noticed. You should spend more time and attention to the copy that you are putting onto the ad. You also have to test it and see if it's effective. At Divine Social, we do all these things. We make sure we use good copy writing skills, and employ techniques and strategies that are proven to work. We also test copy. Of course, the type of copy and the strategy we use to get it out there all depends on the offer and the audience for it.
One of the things that's so incredible about running Facebook Advertising is the kind of targeting and the kind of reach you can get and do. That is, if you do it right. This is perhaps the most critical thing since I see so many people make mistakes here.
When you think about targeting you have to first recognize who your ideal customers are. You can target based on specific demographics such as nationality, location, age, gender, civil status, income/salary range, and so much more. But then, there's more to it than just demographics. There's also psychographics. You can also target based on people's interests such as books or magazines they read, movies they watch places they go to, food they eat, things they usually buy and so on. Psychographics takes your targeting a step further from the obvious. Whenever there's a new client, we actually spend a lot of time doing audience research and really understanding their psychographics and the different potentials where we can reach them with Facebook.

These are the 3 key components you need to consider on each and every one of your ads that are dialed in. It doesn't matter whether you are running Facebook ads yourself, you're not running it yourself but you're thinking about it, or you have someone running it for you.
Take Advantage of Facebook Ads!
Lastly, this 2017, I want to encourage all of you, whether you own a small,medium or large business, or you're a coach or consultant like me, to have a strategy. One that is designed to amplify your methods in 2017. That said, I personally believe that there is no better platform right now (maybe this might not be the case forever, but for NOW) for people to discover brands and get this kind of predictable traffic than Facebook. So don't pass up the chance to market on Facebook!
